What if I change my mind about a plant?
If a plant is returned to us, in saleable condition, within ten working days of original purchase, you may be entitled to a refund/exchange/credit at the discretion of Management.
Do you have a plant guarantee?
If a hardy plant fails within two years of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund/exchange/credit providing you have the original receipt or the plant’s barcode label. All requests made under this scheme are subject to approval by Management.
What if I change my mind about a non-plant item?
If you return the item in good condition within 30 days of purchase, together with your receipt, you may be entitled to a refund.*
What if I don’t have a receipt or more than 30 days have elapsed?
You may be entitled to an exchange or credit at the discretion of Management*.
*this policy excludes sale items, fresh fruit & vegetables, cut flowers & planted arrangements, Christmas items, gift vouchers, stamps or any other item at the discretion of Management.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
